Collections group your topics and Skills tags into sets that control how content is organised on the Explore page. By assigning a primary and secondary collection, you determine the main folders and subfolders that learners browse when discovering content.

Creating a Collection

  1. In the Thrive menu, go to Manage > Collections.

  2. Click + Create Collection.

  3. In the Collection Name field, enter a name for your collection.

  4. In the Tags field, select the topics or skills tags you want to include.

  5. Click Create Collection.

The collection will appear in the Manage collections table.

Editing and Deleting Collections

To edit or delete a collection, click the ellipsis (...) on the relevant row and select Edit or Delete.

Once you've created your collections, assign them as your primary and secondary tag collections on the Explore page to control how content is organised for learners.
