It highlights:
how well event spaces are being filled
whether people are attending after registering
how often cancellations occur too late
why people cancel
how many users are currently waitlisted
detailed breakdowns of upcoming events, waitlists, and event statuses
This page helps you monitor event health, identify utilisation concerns, and understand learner behaviour around attendance and cancellations.
Visuals have a maximum lag of 6 hours, typically significantly less.
Filters
Use the filters at the top of the page to refine your dataset:
Collaboration Name — narrow reporting to events owned or managed by specific collaborations
Author — focus on events associated with particular content/event creators
Event Title — drill into a single event or compare performance across several
Event Tag — filter by event category
Host — analyse events run by specific facilitators
These filters allow you to isolate behaviour across different teams, event types, or hosts.
