Mentorship
We are excited to launch the Mentorship feature, a powerful new tool transforming how your organisation sets up and manages mentoring initiatives. This feature supports both formal and informal development by enabling users to volunteer their expertise as a mentor or sign up as a mentee to develop needed skills.
Mentorship offers:
Intelligent matching: Users are matched based on the specific skills they wish to share or acquire, with administrators setting the necessary rules and criteria.
Structured program management: Easily set up and oversee all your mentoring programmes, from onboarding new hires to targeted skill mastery and leadership development.
Skill progression tracking: Track the progress and development of skills for both mentors and mentees from a centralised hub.
Flexible roles: Users can define themselves as a mentor, mentee, or both, allowing for dynamic learning partnerships.

Hub
Introducing Hub: Thrive's modern, flexible employee experience functionality, providing a highly personalised, widget-based home screen serving as a central "digital front-door" for every employee.
Hub is designed to:

Act as a digital front-door: Consolidate essential third-party tools, services, content, and daily activity.

Spaces
We’re pleased to introduce Spaces, dedicated thematic areas designed to enhance collaboration, connectivity, and resource sharing in Thrive.
Spaces are customisable environments that:
Act as multi-page central hubs for teams.
Allow administrators to curate specific content and facilitate discussions.
Manage groups of users around a common topic, team, or professional interest.
Make it easier for teams to access relevant learning resources and engage with one another.

Assessment
We’re launching Assessment, a major new feature designed to streamline the process of verifying practical, on-the-job skills across your organisation. This powerful tool digitises the fragmented, often paper-based tracking currently used for real-world evaluations, ensuring consistency and clear skill progression. Assessments enable managers to formally assess learners' competence and log verifiable, auditable results directly against the learner's profile in Thrive.

Other Enhancements
Connector Search: Users can now search across all connected third-party platforms (like Google Drive, SharePoint, and Box) directly through the AI Assistant, providing a single, intelligent way to discover trusted organisational knowledge and break down content silos. See more: Connector Search
Thrive Support AI Agent: We are launching a new, dedicated AI Agent accessible through the Help (?) icon, providing administrators with immediate, context-aware technical support and seamlessly connecting them with the Thrive Support Team when needed. See more: Thrive Support AI Agent
Festive theme: Get into the holiday spirit! Before logging in, a new prompt will appear asking you to Enable Festive Mode. When active, all your Thrive instances will feature a special Christmassy theme, including animated snow on the screen. To disable: Simply go to your Profile settings and select your preferred Theme.

The Festive theme will be active until 2nd January 2026.
Mobile App
The new speech-to-text feature for the AI Assistant on the Thrive Mobile App introduces a faster, more natural, and hands-free way to interact. Instead of typing out questions and commands, you can now simply speak to the AI Assistant, making on-the-go learning and support more seamless and accessible for all users.
