Shared Content
When we refer to "Shared" content we are simply talking about content that has been posted on the platform and shared with individuals or audiences. This is typically a piece of content that you are highlighting to them as you think it is useful or simply something you want them to look at.
Assigned Content
Assigned content is content which has a due date. Typically this would be compliance or essential type training. Typically any training users must do and complete within a specified period.
This can be training they have to complete before they are allowed out into the field or compliance training such as Information Security which everyone in the business must complete.
Content assigned to audiences will include report tracking, to see how complaint the business is, and notification reminders if a user is outstanding or overdue on assigned content.
