Campaigns

A campaign is a scheduled content initiative designed to drive user engagement and visibility for specific topics, initiatives, or events across Thrive. When active, campaigns appear prominently as a banner at the top of the user's homepage. You can run multiple campaigns simultaneously and control their visibility using the Audience feature.

Utilising campaigns is an effective way to:

  • Increase visibility for company initiatives or events (for example, Mental Health Awareness Week, new product launches).

  • Generate buzz and excitement around a new topic or training module.

  • Boost engagement by encouraging users to interact with campaign content and share their own related resources.

Campaign Banners

When creating a campaign, you can upload a banner image that displays at the top of the homepage for users the campaign is shared with.

Mobile Banner

The desktop banner is required. The mobile banner is optional – if none is uploaded, the desktop banner displays on all devices.

Note:

GIF files are supported for both banner types.

Campaign Content Feeds

When a user accesses a campaign, they will see two distinct feeds of content that contribute to the overall initiative: CAMPAIGN CONTENT and USER SHARED content.

Campaign Content

This feed contains the main, official learning resources that the campaign creator specifically selected and scheduled to be the focus of the campaign. This content is released to users on the campaign's start date and represents the core message or training objective.

User Shared Content

This feed dynamically pulls in content that has been tagged with the same topic tag as the campaign itself. This is a powerful feature designed to:

  • Encourage user-generated content (UGC) by giving users a clear way to contribute.

  • Increase community discussion and engagement around the campaign's topic.

  • Automatically populate the campaign with relevant peer-to-peer learning resources.
