Platform settings is where Super Admins manage platform-wide configuration – general options, security and access, and Theme – all in one place. To access it, go to Configure > Platform settings.

General
Language: Set the default language for the platform, using the dropdown (for example, English (United Kingdom)).
Available languages: Choose which languages users can select for their own profile, from a list of around 70 languages. English (UK) and your platform's default language are always included and can't be removed.
Note:
If your platform has an old or unrecognised language value from before this setting existed, you're prompted to resolve it before you can save.
Changes can take up to 10 minutes to apply across the platform.
Timezone: Set the platform's default timezone (for example, Europe/London).
Enable chat: Turn this toggle on to allow users to message each other directly, in general discussions and mentoring relationships.
Click Save changes to apply your updates, or Cancel to discard them.
