Analyse with AI is now a paid feature. Super admins can unlock it directly from Insights – start a free 30-day trial, book a meeting with your account team, or buy it outright for instant activation. The trial runs tenant-wide with a visible end date; when it ends, you can buy or book to keep access. |

Super Admins can now download key reports themselves from the new Data Exports screen, without contacting Thrive. On the Thrive menu, go to Insights > Data Exports, select one or more reports, then choose Export Now for a one-off or set a recurring daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. Reports are delivered by email. |

Analytics now display event times in the event's local time zone (e.g., Europe/London) rather than UTC, with a clear time zone label; events with no time zone set stay in UTC. The Content Dashboard now breaks your library down by language and available translations, filterable by language code. Dashboards are also translated automatically into your selected language using AI, with field names kept in English. |

A new Relationships tab in the Spaces Dashboard gives admins a dedicated view of their mentoring programme. To open it, in the Thrive menu go to Insights > Spaces Dashboard, then click the Relationships tab. Admins can see participation, matching activity and method, sessions held, and goal and skills outcomes – with the option to filter by Space. |

Three editing improvements for Mixed Content. A floating insert (+) button adds blocks between existing blocks without scrolling. A Duplicate action copies any block directly below the original. The quiz flow now keeps the modal open when you select + Add another option, clearing fields for the next one instead of closing each time. |

Broadcast, a legacy content type deprecated last year, has now been fully removed. All existing Broadcast content has been permanently deleted and is no longer accessible or recoverable. No other content types are affected. |

Content card titles now display in each learner's primary language wherever cards appear across the platform, including search, the home page, Hub, Explore, and profile. Where a manual translation exists, Thrive uses it; otherwise the title is auto-translated. |

Hub
Feature | Description | Who it’s For | Action Required? |
|---|---|---|---|
When Hub is set as the preferred landing page, an admin can now hide the Home tab completely. Hub becomes the user's home and the legacy Home tab no longer appears anywhere in the application, removing the duplicate landing experience. |

Admins can now set which widgets users see the first time they access their Hub. Set one default template for everyone, or build audience-specific templates so different groups get widgets relevant to their role. Updates to a template are applied automatically to the Hubs it covers. |
| Yes | |
Admins can now edit or remove the welcome prompt shown on the homepage, replacing the previous fixed messages. Go to Configure > Custom messages and edit the Home greeting prompt field to set your own text. Clearing the field removes the message entirely, with no fallback shown in its place. |

Kiki

Users can now choose how much thinking Kiki puts into each question, using the Response depth selector in the Kiki chat input. Select Standard for fast, everyday answers, or Complex for deeper reasoning on tricky, multi-step questions – deeper responses take longer to return. |

You can now create custom fields in bulk by uploading a CSV, instead of adding them one by one – ideal for large datasets. This also creates linked fields: cascading dropdowns where each choice narrows the next, such as Country, then Retailer, then Store, so users only pick valid combinations. |

Learners can now choose their language on the pre-login pages – login, sign-up, forgotten password, and account activation – so they can sign in in their own language. Each page detects the browser language automatically, falling back to English, and shows the languages enabled for the tenant. The choice applies only before login; once a learner signs in, their saved account language takes over. |

Social
Feature | Description | Who it’s For | Action Required? |
|---|---|---|---|
Super admins can now add custom HTML blocks to Spaces and Mixed Content. Add a new block, select the HTML block option, then paste or write your HTML in the block editor – it renders directly within the Space or Mixed Content. |

Learners can now translate social posts and replies into their preferred language on demand. A Translate button appears on posts authored by someone with a different preferred language setting. Translations are machine-generated (via AI where enabled, or AWS Translate) and learners can revert to the original at any time. |
