Faster Insights Dashboard Performance

We're moving every customer onto their own dedicated, isolated reporting environment. There's no visible change to your dashboards today, but this will result in significantly improved performance, and lays important foundations for future work on things like custom fields.

Smart Insights Tab Visibility

Insights now hides the dashboard tab for any platform feature you’ve switched off – for example Spaces, CPD, Goals, or Skills – so you only see reporting for what you’re using, matching what’s already hidden in the left-hand navigation. This happens automatically; turn a feature back on and its tab reappears.

Tabs Block

A new Tabs block is available in Content Creator’s Create It Yourself editor. Add up to 10 named tabs, fill each with any content blocks — including other interactive blocks such as Accordions — and drag to reorder them. Learners see the first tab open by default and can select any tab title to switch between sections. Tab titles support machine translation and can be overridden manually in Phrase.

Content Page and Pathway Navigation Refresh

Content pages and pathways in the Thrive Mobile App have a cleaner header, with pin, share, download, language and report options grouped in the overflow (⋯) menu. The main action stays at the bottom of the screen. In pathways, a floating navigation bar shows which section you’re in and lets you move forward, go back or jump to any page.

Audience Rules: “Is Not Empty”

Audience rules now include an is not empty operator for text custom fields, letting admins target only users who have a value set in a chosen field – for example, Department is not empty. It appears in the operator dropdown in the audience rules editor and doesn’t need a value to be saved.

Audience Rules: Bulk Add

A new Bulk add button lets admins paste a list of values – comma-separated text or cells copied from a spreadsheet – into an is any of or is not any of rule, instead of adding them one at a time. Available for Job Title, Email Domain, and text custom fields, and also works in Spaces group rules.
