Transfer Learning History

Super Admins can now copy completions and CPD records from one learner profile to another via the new Import learning history action on Manage > Users. Records are added to the target profile, not moved, and the transfer can't be undone.

Organisation Default Theme

Super Admins can now set an organisation-wide default theme – Light, Dark, System, or a seasonal theme – under Configure > Platform settings > Theme. New users will see this as the default choice, and existing users can opt in from their personal settings; existing personal choices aren't affected.

Structures and Audiences UI Uplift

A UI uplift to Structures & Audiences adds a bird's-eye overview of all structures, global search across structures and audiences, and simpler creation flows. Assignments can now be given a completion window – set as a duration (days, weeks, months, or years) or a specific date – and optionally set to recur, with recurrence timed from each learner's own completion date rather than a fixed schedule.

Programme Config Toggles: Mentee Enrolment Pacing & Who Can Match

Two new opt-in toggles in programme settings give admins more control over onboarding and matching: Enable mentee registration holds back mentee onboarding until an admin opens it up; Who can start a relationship restricts who can initiate a match to mentors only, mentees only, or admins only.

Relationship Approval Workflow

A new Enable relationship approval toggle in programme settings lets admins require sign-off on new matches before session scheduling opens. Space admins review and accept or decline each pending request from a dedicated admin view.

Session Calendar Integration – Event Creation

Booking a mentoring session now sends a calendar invite to both participants automatically, with updates and cancellations syncing in both directions between Thrive and Google Calendar or Outlook. Mentors and mentees need to connect their calendar account in Thrive to get started.

Suggested Matches in Manual Match Flow

When creating a manual match, admins now see AI-ranked suggestions from the matching algorithm directly in the Create Manual Match flow, with the top pick highlighted as Best match. Each suggestion shows a profile snapshot at a glance, with an option to expand for more detail before confirming.

Learn Feature Parity on Mobile

Feature and audience settings set in Configure > Platform settings > Features on desktop now also apply on the mobile app, so a feature switched off, or scoped to a specific audience, stays hidden or limited on mobile too.

Improvements to Pathway Content Picker

It's now much easier to find the content you need when building pathways - we've added the ability to filter content by type, audience visibility, endorsed status as well as new sorting tools like "most recently published". The new content picker also displays the preview image for each piece of content and meta data like content ID so you can be sure you're selecting the most relevant content.

Flexible Pathway Completion

Pathway admins can now turn on Complete the pathway when a percentage of the content is completed and set a target percentage, so learners complete a pathway once they've finished enough content items rather than every single one. All tasks in the pathway stay mandatory regardless of the percentage set, and existing pathways are unaffected unless you turn this on.
