Reporting on Use of CPD

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activity is now available in the Insights dashboards, including completion rates by user and course, and a breakdown of CPD completed on Thrive versus externally. Customers with Data Share can also access CPD data directly.

Bulk Grant Access

You can now select multiple content items in Manage > Content and grant access to one or more audiences or users in a single action, instead of updating each item individually. You can also choose to share child items within a Pathway. This action does not trigger any notifications to learners.

Flipcards

Authors can now add a Flipcards block to Mixed Content, creating a series of cards learners flip to reveal additional information. Each card has an independently editable front and back, supporting rich text on both sides. Cards can be added, reordered, or removed, and previewed before publishing.

Shorts Carousel for Video-Only Homepage Lists

Video-only homepage list blocks now display as a swipeable Shorts-style carousel, available on desktop and mobile. Clicking or tapping a video opens it full-screen, letting users move straight to the next one. Lists with mixed content types continue to display as a normal carousel.

Adds a new HubSpot widget to Hub, showing your open deals, leads, and companies in one place. It's read-only, and in a following release you’ll be able click through to open any item directly in HubSpot.

Time Off Widget

The first Time Off widget in Hub lets users view their annual leave entitlement, booked leave and remaining balance from BambooHR, without leaving Thrive. Users connect their account via OAuth once an admin has configured the provider. Booking time off directly from the widget is coming in a fast-follow release.

Calendar Integration and Availability Setting

Users can now connect their calendar (Outlook/Teams, Google Calendar, or Zoom), view real-time availability, and book mentoring sessions directly within Thrive. Once a session is booked, a calendar invite and meeting link are created automatically.

Archive, Delete, and Restore Content on Mobile

Admins can now archive, delete, and restore any content directly from the Thrive mobile app, not just content they created themselves. Tap the three-dot menu on any piece of content to see the Archive option, then use the same menu afterwards to Delete it permanently or Restore it to live. This applies to legacy and mixed content.

Mobile App Navigation Update: Cleaner Nav and Reward Store Placement

The mobile app's top-level navigation has been refreshed. Notifications moves to the top right and Profile to the top left. Organisations with Reward Store enabled will also see it get its own icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Page and Social Post Translation

You can now translate the text content of any Spaces page into your preferred language using a new language selector, with a notice shown if the translation is machine generated. You can also translate individual Social posts and comments separately – translating a page doesn't automatically translate its posts and comments too.
