Badge Eligibility Restrictions

Admins can now restrict who's eligible for a badge by selecting specific audiences, individual users, or both – instead of badges being open to everyone by default. Set this on the badge creation or edit screen. Badges with no eligibility rules set continue to work as they do today, open to everyone.

Create User Form Field Configuration

This covers both default profile fields and custom fields, and required fields are enforced everywhere a user is created, including API provisioning and SCIM. First Name, Last Name, and login method stay locked as always shown and required.
