Event registration: separate learner and manager enrolment controls

The self-registration toggle is now split into two independent controls: Allow learner self-registration and Allow manager enrolment. Admins can enable either setting independently per event, allowing managers to enrol their teams without opening self-registration to all learners.

Behaviour modes

Super Admins can now configure how Kiki uses your organisation's content versus general knowledge via three behaviour modes: Conversational, Grounded with general knowledge, and Strict sources only. The default is Strict sources only, maintaining existing behaviour for customers who have not yet configured a mode.

Mentoring on Mobile

Mentoring is now available on the Thrive Mobile App (iOS and Android). Mentors and mentees can onboard, browse matches, connect, and manage sessions from their phone. No new toggle required.

Mobile banner for Campaigns

Admins can now upload a dedicated mobile banner when creating or editing a campaign. The recommended dimensions are 1280 × 720px (16:9 ratio). If no mobile banner is uploaded, the desktop banner continues to display on all devices. Existing campaigns are unaffected.

Notification email unsubscribe removed

The unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers have been removed from all Thrive notification emails. Notification emails are operational – not marketing – so preferences are now managed exclusively in the platform. End users can update their preferences in their profile under Preferences > Notifications. Admins can manage platform-wide settings in Configure > Notifications.

Skills: audience assignments

Admins can now assign skills and target levels to manual audiences in bulk. Skills appear automatically on learner profiles, and learners can’t lower or remove target levels set through an audience. Where multiple audiences assign the same skill, Thrive applies the highest target level.

Smart Audiences: language rule

Admins can now target users by their primary profile language when building Smart Audience rules. When adding a condition, select User Profile and choose Language, then pick one or more language codes from your site's configured languages. Users with no primary language set are excluded. Rules can be combined with other condition types.
